I'm getting an 11 pro max soon and I'm planning to use the camera a lot for my Instagram feed. Is the main 1x camera still great for daylight photos and night mode photos? I won't use the ultra-wide and the telephoto lens a lot. I also use the front camera a lot for selfies. EDIT: Thanks for the replies! I feel better about having the 11 pro

This is probably where the biggest improvement has come going from the 8 to 12. They added HDR in video in the iPhone XS and have only continued to make it better with every generation. There’s a massive improvement in everything relating to photography and videography in the iPhone 11/12 compared to the 8. 230.
